Cancellation
Either party may cancel per the contract. For fixed-scope projects, cancellation fees may apply to cover performed work.
Refunds
Refunds are handled case-by-case. If CookCode fails to deliver as agreed and a valid claim is made, we will assess and provide a proportionate refund where appropriate.
Process
To request cancellation or refund, email cookcode.in@gmail.com with your project reference and details. We respond within one business day.
Exceptions
Refunds do not cover accepted work, third-party costs, or services delivered per accepted acceptance criteria.
