Terms of Service
These Terms are the baseline for how CookCode delivers services, manages projects, and protects both parties.
1. Acceptance
By engaging CookCode or using our site you accept these Terms. If you sign on behalf of a company, you confirm authority to bind it.
2. Services & Deliverables
Services, milestones, acceptance criteria, and deliverables are defined in each project agreement. Changes are handled via change requests.
3. Fees & Payment
Fees and payment schedules are in the agreement. Late payments may pause work and incur fees.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep confidential information private and only disclose where legally required.
5. Warranties & Liability
Work is delivered with reasonable skill. Except as explicitly stated, services are "as-is". Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
6. Termination
Contracts can be terminated per the agreement. Outstanding fees for work done remain due.
7. Governing Law
Unless otherwise stated in a contract, governing law defaults to India.
